FAQ
Shipping and Delivery~
Please allow 3-5 business days after your order has been placed for confirmation that your order has been shipped. All packages will be shipping out of Los Angeles, California. We are working around the clock to get our beautiful things ready for you!
Once your package has left our office, USPS is responsible for the package. Ástríðr cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim. You can also find your local post office on the USPS site, and they will have a local phone number to call. Thank you for understanding.
Returns and Exchanges ~
Customers have 14 days (two weeks) after delivery of the order (to their door) to inform Ástríðr that they would like to return a product. Within that two week time frame please email customercare@shopastrior.com and we will respond within 48 hours to confirm your return (these 48 hours are not included in our two week return policy time limit).
In your return request email please include:
-Order number
-Date of purchase
-Product you are returning (and size)
-Reason for return
Once the customer informs Ástríðr of the return, Ástríðr will email a return shipping label free of charge. It is the customers responsibility to print shipping labels for packages. Customers then have five business days to get the product in the mail and ship it back to our office (shipping times not included in this time limit). If you do not ship it back within this time frame Ástríðr will charge a 20% restocking fee on your item (amount taken from your store credit).
Once Ástríðr receives the product we will evaluate it for flaws and if the product is in good condition we will offer the customer a store credit code lasting for one year! Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost, Ástríðr only covers the cost for the return shipping label.
Please note and understand that all vintage is final sale.
Size Guide ~
Ástríðr sources our products from a multitude of different vendors and designers, all of whom size their products slightly differently. We take our time to ensure each product has as detailed and accurate of measurements as possible, because we understand how difficult online shopping can be! All measurements can be found under the products page.

Restocks and Sales ~
If a product is sold out in your size and you're interested in purchasing if restocked, please email customercare@shopastrior.com. We keep a running tally of products and sizes that customers have requested and if we get enough inquiries odds are high we will be able to restock it for you!
Currently Ástríðr is not doing any sales as we are a new company and still getting our foot in the door. Things will change and evolve over time regarding sales so keep up to date via social media, our website and mailing list for more information.

Sustainability ~
Sustainability within the fashion and retail industry is an extremely important topic and it’s great that more people are putting this on their rader when deciding to purchase garments online. Here is a brief synopsis of Ástríðr’s sustainability in our brand.
Ástríðr is a small women owned business that sources our contemporary garments from a wide range of different vendors, all with different processes for how they manufacture their products. We spend hours and hours trying to find well crafted, sustainably made products that we can retail at an affordable price for our customers. With every collection we release, we try to source from vendors whose manufacturing process we’re familiar with. While Ástríðr strives towards sustainability in everything we do, we know that it is impossible to be 100% sustainable as an online business at the price point we operate at. This aside, we work very hard to ensure that the quality and craftsmanship of the garments are superb.
Ástríðr also sources vintage to give garments a second life. We believe that vintage is the most sustainable way to shop and want to be able to provide pieces for our customers that only shop secondhand.
