The short puff sleeves are secured with a long ribbon tie above the elbows, making them adjustable for different arm sizes. The dainty little bow at the center of the bust is darling. The skirt falls from directly under the bust (which is puckered for a close fit) to mid-shin, and features one slit over each leg--ideal for dancing, skipping, or running errands.
