The Manon blouse was made to pair with a red lip and messy chignon. This lightweight blouse comes in a slightly sheer black and white polka dot cotton. The  v-neckline, central row of functional elastic eyeloop buttons, and cuffs of the short sleeves are each accented with a black scalloped lace trim, mirroring the ruffled lace yoke that adorns the bust and shoulders. The swingy, breezy fabric falls away from the body for a subtle babydoll silhouette that recalls vintage chore coats, but without the weight!
