This puff sleeve mini dress features an allover vintage wallpaper print, with light blue vertical striping and yellow and green floral sprays. The square neckline is embellished with a white ruffle border that matches the ruffles on the bottom of the puff sleeves, which are elasticated at top and bottom to hold their shape and stay in place comfortably. The bodice is fully smocked for a sleek silhouette, and the a-line skirt features a bottom tier for extra flounce. The Sicilia was made for salt air, straw hats, and strolling the piazzas while enjoying an icy granita.
