This white cap-sleeve cropped cotton blouse features white eyelet embroidery throughout, and dainty stretch lace details on the round neckline and sleeves, as well as lace illusion panels over the bust and waist (but the full lining keeps you covered). The functional button-front allows you to adjust the crop and neckline to your preference, while the ribbon sash at the back waistline means you can opt for a more fitted or looser look. The Tessa Blouse is neutral, romantic, and anything but basic, though she'd pair handsomely with worn denim or a flowing skirt and boots.
